Winters are here and it is soup time!!! Nothing feels like a warm hug from the inside than a bowl of nourishing, delicious, hot and comforting bowl of soup!
But soups need not be limited to just winters, cold weather, monsoons or when you are sick and need something quick and light. These are soups that can be enjoyed all year round!
An inviting bowl of piping hot during winters/monsoons or chilled during summers are something no one can resist!
Be it thick, creamy, with chunks of vegetables or even just plain and light, I am sure you can never say no to a bowl of chunky, creamy or watery soup.
I am sure you all have days when all you want is to make or enjoy a light meal.
Maybe just some soup either by itself for a light meal or with some toasted bread or sandwiches for a complete meal.
Over the years, I have made different soups with seasonal ingredients, with unusual ingredients (like apple or pumpkin) or just plain regular soup which everyone loves like tomato soup.
I wanted to compile all of them in one post so my readers or even me or my family can access them in one go!
