For a crispier bite, I have roasted the oats in a dry saucepan for a few minutes; this step is totally optional
-
In a large mixing bowl, stir in 1 cup peanut butter and ½ cup honey well using a silicone spatula or wooden spoon.
-
Add 2 cups of oats, ½ cup of chopped pecans, ½ cup of raisins and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
-
Mix well using a spatula or even your clean hands to form a homogenous mixture.
-
If using peanut butter with sugar, reduce honey/maple syrup accordingly..
-
To make bliss balls or ladoos, scoop small portions and form bite sized smooth balls; chill and serve/enjoy.
-
If making into bars, pat onto a parchment paper lined pan (I have used 8X8 inch pan), smoothen the top and let chill in the refrigerator.
-
Dot with pecans to make it look pretty (again totally optional)
-
Chill thoroughly and then cut into squares or rectangles.

Enjoy and Happy Snacking!
